DELIVERY
The delivery of the items purchased via the andeyecollection.com website will be through a trusted company indicated on the order confirmation which the customer will receive upon making a purchase. The delivery time will be subject to the type of delivery that has been selected and to the country of delivery. To avoid incidents in the delivery (incorrect addresses, inability to find anyone at home etc.), it is essential to correctly complete the corresponding form, it being advisable to complete the telephone contact box.
The monitoring of orders can be made via the website of the operator indicated on the order confirmation, where it will be indicated all the time, in which place the merchandise is to be found until its definitive reception by the client.
The price of the delivery is calculated depending on the destination country. The exact price of the delivery will be calculated to include each item in the shopping basket and will appear on the page that summarises the purchase before the confirmation of the order and before introducing the credit or debit card information details.

RETURNS / EXCHANGES
Our objective is to ensure that you are completely satisfied with the purchase that you make. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the purchased product, you can return it within a period of fourteen (14) days, from the date that you received it from AND EYE. If you have received a flawed product, you will have to inform us within 48 hours.
To proceed with the return of the product, please contact our Customer Services by sending an email to info@andeyecollection.com. Please specify the reason for the return.
If you wish to return an item because you are not satisfied, you will have to assume the cost of shipping, except if the return is due to the items being flawed. In both cases we will refund you for the cost of the purchase and for the cost of shipping.
You can ship your order back to us through the courier company of your choice, although we recommend that you use a registered mail service in order to ensure maximum security. We take no responsibility for any incidents involved with the return of orders.
AND EYE will not accept any returns made that require payment from us on delivery or where customs fees apply. These returns will be shipped back to the sender.
To exercise your right to return the products, you have to fulfill the following requirements:
a) You may not use, wash or damage it
b) You must return it in the original wrapping

If you wish to exchange an item, please consider: AND EYE produces limited editions of their collections. Availability of the new item requested will only be confirmed once the returned item has been received AND EYE as items cannot be reserved.
Once your return has been accepted, you will be sent a confirmation email to inform you that you will be refunded for the corresponding amount into the same account you used to make your purchase, be it Visa, MasterCard, American Express or PayPal (the estimated time will change depending on your bank).
